JVC unveils world's first handheld 4K camcorder! Priced under $5k!:
JVC Professional announced today the GY-HMQ10 camcorder which - according to the company - is the world’s first handheld 4K camcorder. The camera is powered by JVC’s chip called Falconbrid large-scale integration (LSI) for high-speed signal processing and a 1/2-inch CMOS imager with 8.3 million active pixels, that delivers real-time 3840x2160 footage at 24p, 50p, or 60p. 4K recorded to four separate card slots.
